  1. This is WinBiff 4.1a (16-bit), a Windows email notification and
  2. filtering utility for Pegasus Mail, Eudora for Windows, Microsoft Mail,
  3. Windows Messaging, cc:Mail, Lotus Notes, Novell GroupWise, FirstMail,
  4. Novell MHS, PC-NFS, UUPC/extended, Waffle, or FSUUCP.  WinBiff also
  5. works as a POP3 and IMAP4 client using WinSock.  WinBiff can display
  6. MIME-encoded headers for Internet mail.

  8. WinBiff is also available in a 32-bit version for Windows 95,
  9. Windows 98, and Windows NT.

  11. To install WinBiff, run SETUP.EXE.

  13. Please read the enclosed file KILLWBF.TXT for information about
  14. the WinBiff kill utility, KILLWBF.EXE.
